USTR Publishes Notice Regarding ATPA Annual Reviews

The Office of the United States Trade Representative has published a notice regarding the results of the preliminary review of petitions related to the Andean Trade Preference Act, including the modification of the schedule for consideration of remaining petitions and the continuation of the review of pending petitions filed in 2003.
