U.S. Treasury Secretary Issues Interim Rule for Coronavirus Fiscal Recovery Funds

The U.S. Treasury Secretary is releasing an interim final rule to implement changes to the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund and the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund, as mandated by the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2023, and established under the American Rescue Plan Act.
