U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Investigation Termination

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that terminated an investigation into complaints about certain shirts with pucker-free seams, following the complainants' motion to withdraw their complaint and end the investigation.
