U.S. Trade Commission Investigates Effect of Singapore FTA Rules of Origin on Yarns and Fabrics

The U.S. Trade Commission launched an investigation into the impact of changes to the rules of origin for yarns and fabrics under the U.S.-Singapore Free Trade Agreement, following a request from the Acting U.S. Trade Representative on March 2, 2005.
