U.S. International Trade Commission to Investigate Rubber Antidegradants and Products for Patent Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint from Flexsys America LP, alleging that certain rubber antidegradants and products infringe on three U.S. patents. The Commission will investigate the matter and, if necessary, issue a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
