U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Color TV Receivers and Monitors

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has begun an investigation into allegations of patent infringement by Thomson Licensing S.A. and Thomson Licensing Inc. regarding color TV receivers and monitors, following a complaint filed on February 24, 2005.
