U.S. International Trade Commission Remands Investigation and Extends Target Date

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to send the investigation back to an administrative law judge for further review, and has also extended the deadline for the investigation by seven months and 21 days to November 21, 2005, following a court ruling in a related case.
