U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Audio Processing Integrated Circuits and Products

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into SigmaTel, Inc. alleging violations of the Tariff Act of 1930 due to infringement of two U.S. patents related to audio processing integrated circuits and products, filed on March 14, 2005.
