U.S. International Trade Commission Initiates Formal Enforcement and Advisory Opinion Proceedings for Automated Transmission Systems

The U.S. International Trade Commission has started a formal enforcement process and advisory opinion proceedings related to certain remedial orders issued following an investigation into automated mechanical transmission systems for medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks and their components.
