Bavarian Nordic A/S Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Modified Vaccinia Ankara Viruses and Vaccines

Bavarian Nordic A/S has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies are infringing on its patents and misappropriating trade secrets related to Modified Vaccinia Ankara viruses and vaccines, and requesting the Commission to institute an investigation and issue permanent exclusion and cease and desist orders.
