U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into NAND Flash Memory Devices

The U.S. International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation into NAND flash memory devices and products containing them, following a complaint filed by Hynix Semiconductor Inc. and its subsidiaries on behalf of the company, alleging infringement of U.S. patents and the existence of an industry in the United States.
