US Customs Seizes Shrimp and Prawns from India and Thailand at Los Angeles Port

US Customs and Border Protection seized a shipment of certain frozen warmwater shrimp and prawns from India and Thailand at the Port of Los Angeles, following a request from the US Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) to inspect the cargo for potential plant pests and diseases.
