U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates High-Brightness Light Emitting Diodes

The U.S. International Trade Commission has launched an investigation into Lumileds Lighting U.S., LLC, alleging violations of U.S. Patent No. 5,008,718, No. 5,376,580, and No. 5,502,316, related to the importation and sale of high-brightness light emitting diodes and products containing them.
