USPTO Amends Rules for Foreign Provisional Applications and Patent Matters

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has updated its rules to require English translations for foreign provisional applications claiming US patent benefits, as well as documentation for ownership claims and transactions involving patents and trademarks.
