Addendum to the Memorandum of Understanding Between the Department of Energy and the Department of Labor

The Department of Energy and the Department of Labor have formalized their working relationship with an addendum to their 1992 Memorandum of Understanding, clarifying the roles of each department in occupational safety and health at privatized facilities on DOE land.
