New ICM L.P., Provisional Acceptance of a Settlement Agreement and Order

The U.S. Commission has provisionally accepted a settlement agreement with New ICM L.P. regarding the Flammable Fabrics Act, as per the terms of 16 CFR 1605.13, and will publish it in the Federal Register.
