Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records

The U.S. Department of Labor is publishing a notice about a new system of records called the Office of Inspector General Warehouse and Learning System (OWLS), which will aid in the performance of audits, evaluations, reviews, and investigations, as mandated by the Inspector General Act of 1978. The system will utilize existing data from departmental, state, and other Federal databases.
