The Federal Communications Commission has approved a change in the digital television channel allocation for Cheboygan, Michigan, at the request of WPBN/WTOM License Subsidiary, Inc., to channel 35, following the completion of necessary community coverage requirements and obtaining Canadian government concurrence due to the city's proximity to the U.S.-Canada border.
