FCC Seeks Comments on Breckenridge Communications' Proposal to Upgrade Station WJES-FM

The FCC is seeking public comments on a proposal by Breckenridge Communications, Inc. to upgrade Station WJES-FM from Channel 221A to 221C3, relocate the station from Saluda to Irmo, South Carolina, and provide Irmo with its first local aural transmission service. The proposal complies with FCC rules and does not preclude the establishment of new noncommercial educational stations on Channels 218, 219, or 220.
