Radio Broadcasting Services; Blanket, TX - Channel 284A Allotment

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has allocated Channel 284A to Blanket, Texas, as the community's first local FM transmission service, in response to a petition filed by Robert Fabian, following a decision made on December 3, 2002 (67 FR 71926).
