US Department of Justice Eliminates Coin-Sent-Paid TRS from Payphones, Requiring Cost-Free Local Calls

The US Department of Justice has updated the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 to remove the requirement for common carriers to provide coin-sent-paid telecommunications relay service from payphones, instead mandating cost-free local calls through TRS centers and accepting alternative billing methods.
