Wireline Competition Bureau Seeks Comment on Updating Line Counts and Other Limited Information Used in Calculating High-Cost Universal Service Support for Non-Rural Carriers

The Wireline Competition Bureau is seeking public comment on updating the line count and other discrete input values used in the universal service cost model for non-rural carriers, which helps estimate their future economic costs of providing services supported by the federal high-cost support mechanism.
