FCC Meeting Rescheduled for February 13, 2003, Postponed

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has cancelled its previously scheduled meeting on February 13, 2003, and will instead consider several petitions and proposals related to ultra-wideband devices, accessibility for people with disabilities, and broadband internet access.
