Digital Television Broadcast Service and Television Broadcast Service; Hibbing, MN

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has approved a change in television channel allocation for Hibbing, Minnesota, at the request of Duluth-Superior Area Educational Television Corporation, allowing DTV channel 31 to replace channel 18, in compliance with FCC regulations and Canadian government concurrence due to proximity to the U.S.-Canada border.
