The coordinates for Channel 242C3 at Owen, Wisconsin, are 45- 03-08 North Latitude and 90-29-21 West Longitude. A filing window for Channel 242C3 at Owen, WI, will not be opened at this time. Instead, the issue of opening this allotment for auction will be addressed by the Commission in a subsequent Order.
