FCC Issues Interim Policy on Equal Employment Opportunity Public File Reports

The Federal Communications Commission has announced an interim policy regarding the deadline for broadcasters to place Equal Employment Opportunity public file reports in their public files, and has also notified groups that have filed petitions for reconsideration of the policy.
