FCC Extends Waivers for IP Relay Providers, Waives '900' Number Services

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has extended waivers for IP Relay providers, allowing them to continue providing improved telecommunications relay services and speech-to-speech services for individuals with hearing and speech disabilities for five years, while also waiving '900' number services and hearing carry over services for the same period.
