NOS/ANI Ordered to Show Cause and Give Hearing Opportunity

NOS Communications, Inc., Affinity Network Incorporated, and NOSVA Limited Partnership have been ordered by the Commission to explain their actions and provide a hearing opportunity to determine if they should lose their operating authority, be forced to stop providing interstate services without permission, or face a fine.
