FCC Seeks Comments on Payphone Compensation Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on whether it needs to amend its payphone compensation rules, which were remanded by the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in 2003, following a petition for review of the Second Order on Reconsideration of the rules, which were amended in 2001.
