Radio Broadcasting Services; Sellersburg and Seymour, IN - Request for Rulemaking on Channel Substitution

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a petition by INDY LICO, Inc. and S.C.I. Broadcasting, Inc. to substitute Channel 230A for Channel 229B at Seymour, Indiana, and reallocate Channel 230A from Seymour to Sellersburg, Indiana, as the community's first local transmission service.
