FCC Establishes Pleading Cycle for Comment on Petition for Interim Waiver and Rulemaking on Wireless TRS Call Reimbursement

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a petition that proposes reimbursing all Telecommunication Relay Service (TRS) calls made using wireless phones from the Interstate TRS Fund and requesting a rulemaking to determine reimbursement for relay calls in cases where jurisdiction cannot be determined from the automatic number identification system.
