Entercom Wilkes-Barre Scranton, LLC is seeking comments on a petition to reallot Channel 276A from Freeland, PA to Avoca, PA, and modify the license for Station WAMT, as well as reallot Channel 253B from Wilkes-Barre, PA to Freeland, PA, to replace Station WAMT. The proposal complies with the Commission's rules and will not accept competing expressions of interest.
