State of Tennessee Seeks Immediate Relief from FCC for Universal Service Support Mechanism

The State of Tennessee has filed a request with the Federal Communications Commission to change its service provider for Funding Year 2002 of the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism before the Schools and Libraries Division has issued a funding commitment decision letter, and the FCC has granted the request in part, instructing the Universal Service Administrative Company to process Tennessee's request.
