Radio Broadcasting Services; Fortuna Foothills and Wellton, Arizona - Request for Comments on Proposed Channel Allotment

Puopolo to allocate Channel 240A to Fortuna Foothills, Arizona, as the community's first local radio station, while substituting Channel 248A for vacant Channel 240A at Wellton, Arizona, to meet minimum distance separation requirements.
