FCC Affirms Technical Rules for MVDDS in 12 GHz Band, Denies Reconsideration Petitions

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has reaffirmed its technical rules for Multichannel Video Distribution and Data Service (MVDDS) in the 12.2-12.7 GHz band, dismissing pending license applications for terrestrial service in the same band, while also denying petitions for reconsideration of these rules.
