Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service Adopts CIPA Compliance Measures

The Federal-State Joint Board on Universal Service has adopted measures to ensure compliance with the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) following the recent US Supreme Court decision, requiring schools and libraries with internet access to implement internet safety policies and technology protection measures to receive discounted internet access and internal connections under the E-rate program.
