FCC to Revise Regulatory Fee Schedule for Fiscal Year 2003
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) plans to update its fee schedule to comply with a congressional mandate to collect $1.3 billion in fees for fiscal year 2003, as required by the Communications Act of 1934.
