FCC Declines Forbearance on TOCSIA Provisions for CMRS Carriers

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has decided not to waive two additional provisions of the Telephone Operator Consumer Services Improvement Act (TOCSIA) for commercial mobile radio services (CMRS) aggregators and operator service providers (OSPs), following a review of the record in the proceeding.
