FCC Dismisses Petition for DTV Channel Switch in Jackson, MS

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has dismissed a petition by Civic License Holding Company, Inc. to swap DTV channel 9 for DTV channel 51 in Jackson, Mississippi, effectively ending the proceeding. The decision is based on a 2001 rule, 66 FR 12749, filed on February 28, 2001.
