Sunshine Act Meeting; Deletion of Agenda Item From October 16th Open Meeting

The FCC Commission will discuss an order to address issues raised in the Auction No. 52 Comment Public Notice regarding the Commission's authority to auction DBS licenses and eligibility for U.S. DBS licenses currently available.
