Radio Broadcasting Services; Fortuna Foothills and Wellton, AZ - Audio Division Dismisses Petition for Rule Making

The Audio Division of the Federal Communications Commission has rejected a petition by Dana J. Puopolo to allocate Channel 240A to Fortuna Foothills, Arizona, as the community's first local radio station, and instead proposed reallocating Channel 248A to Wellton, Arizona, to accommodate the allotment.
