Sprint Terminates Proceeding on Presubscribed Interexchange Carrier Charges

Sprint has terminated a proceeding seeking review and reconsideration of a 1998 order allowing it to charge presubscribed interexchange carrier charges to discontinued customers. The phase-out of these charges has rendered the issue moot.
