FCC to Consider Proposals for Rural Healthcare Support, Satellite Earth Stations, and Broadband Telecommunications Services

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will consider proposals to modify its rules to improve rural healthcare support, report on the implementation of World Radiocommunication Conference results, and govern the use of satellite earth stations on board vessels for broadband telecommunications services.
