FDA Announces Interim Procedures for Animal Drug User Fee Act of 2003

The FDA is temporarily suspending the collection of user fees under the Animal Drug User Fee Act of 2003, pending the enactment of enabling appropriations, while continuing to accept new animal drug applications.
