FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Health and Diet Survey

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on a proposed voluntary consumer survey to assess consumer understanding of diet-disease relationships and attitudes toward diet, health, and physical activity, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
