FDA Reopens Comment Period for Prior Notice of Imported Food Under the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is extending the comment period for its prior notice interim final rule for 30 days, allowing more time for public input on the regulation requiring prior notice of imported food, including animal feed, into the United States.
