FDA Releases Revised Guidance on Prior Notice of Imported Food

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has made available a revised guidance document addressing questions about the prior notice requirement for imported food, as mandated by the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002.
