FDA Confirms Effective Date for Biologics Rule on Spore-Forming Microorganisms

The FDA confirms the effective date of June 1, 2004, for the direct final rule amending biologics regulations, which allows for shared facilities and equipment for spore-forming microorganisms, following a December 30, 2003, publication in the Federal Register (68 FR 75116).
