FDA Corrects Registration Rule for Food Facilities Under Public Health Act

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has published an interim final rule to correct errors in a previous rule requiring food facilities to register with the agency by December 12, 2003, as mandated by the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002.
