FDA Proposes Revision to Acceptance of Foreign Clinical Studies for Drug Approval

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing to update its regulations on foreign clinical studies, requiring them to be conducted in accordance with good clinical practice (GCP) and reviewed by an independent ethics committee, in order to ensure the quality and integrity of the data obtained from these studies.
